A personal assistant position assumes that the person holding this position will perform various administrative tasks ranging from looking on the Internet for information to ending with the creation and filling of databases. You will conduct business correspondence by email and maintain documentation and reporting.

What skills should a personal assistant have?

As a personal assistant, you should be fluent in English as you will be working with foreign companies, their leaders, and managers. This is why English proficiency is so important. A personal assistant should be able to work with online documents and software for remote work:
  • Google Sheets, Google Docs & Slides, etc.
  • Telegram, Viber, Whatsapp, and other messengers.
  • Video conferencing services: Zoom, Skype, Hangouts Meet, and others.

What does a Remote Personal Assistant do?

As a remote assistant, you will work directly with management and Senior Managers, completing their personal tasks and assignments. You will hold email correspondence and search for data on the Internet and enter it into Google Sheets. Also, you will also be responsible for scheduling, appointment calls, and maintaining records using Google Docs, managing and administering social media accounts, and looking for potential customers.
